What a day!!
After a forced long break from Fising i finally am able to get back fishing so i decided to try a mark that has got loads of great reviews on various websites!! Was hoping for a nice welcome back to fishing!!
The tide was moving fairly strong so used some gripper leads to hold bottom at first. Blank! Tried rolling leads. Blank!
Tried float fishing. Blank!
Tried every bait and rig i could all blank!!!!
What a bad start to my return!!!!! :? :?

Whats this spot like usually does anybody know??

Great to be back all the same!!!!!!!

I've have ray whiting and dogs from there all small thought.
I got all on at night.
The boys racers turn up at night and hang around at the start of the pier doing wheel spins and the likes all evening muppets.
The last time i was there they where there for hours.
Is it wrong to hope one them lose control and end up in the drink.

I haven't fished it in 6 or 7 years since I moved house but there used to be big ray and huss there...also plenty of tope pups !!! I lost a big bloody tope there one evening...I got it to the pier but it tore off again and bit through the snood...I tried it a few days later with wire but no good. It can be a moody venue though...a bit like the rest of the estuary.
