unlucky man. where you fishing into the sea or into the mouth of the boyne??. there can be a bit of a rip in the mouth of the river when the tide is running but always the chance of a flattie over slack water.

i wonder what you expected to catch :lol: give it a few weeks for the weather to warm up and i,d say the silverado,s will be back or where you just flounder fishing :?: :lol:

1 into the river and the other two the sea. see the sprat and sandeels starting to appear again on the incoming tides so thought it might be worth a shot
