Before anyone asks, this club uses a catch & release weight convertion chart from SAMF based on the same one used at the Daiwa Irish Pairs (great system).

Report: Match 3 this year. There was a very small bit of rain on and off during the night but with a NW wind on our back and the beachbuddys dug, it was comfy. The fishing was steady from the start but nothing of any size to note, as expected at this time of year (and still no dogfish). If anything it improves our scratching techniques. Most were caught up to 50m out with nothing caught beyond that. There were a lot of good large bites through the night but we though it may have been sea trout picking the smaller fish off the hooks. Still it was a good night and great to get out of the house.
