Rigs:Pulleys, pennels, Flappers
Results:Dogs, pouting, poor cod, codling, shore rockling
Report:Following our trip to Ballyhenry last Friday, Kev had continued on to the Dee for the night and caught quite a few so we all decided to give it another go in darkness this week. The wipers wouldn't go quick enough on the way down and was nearly blown over the hedge a few times so it was looking like a qick fish supper and home again

However after about a half hour wait it started to clear (the Met office actually got it right). We set up in a sheltered spot and it wasn't long before Der Baron was hauling them in from distance. A nice dog to start with, prob about 3 lbs. Whilst assisting him and doing photographer I rested my rod on the rail (fishing down the wall with rag/mack tip). As soon as I lifted it again a dog (2 lbs ish) gave a knock so that was my blank saved anyway!

During the session Kev lifted a rockling and a few codling and whiting. Der Baron got two new species with his pouting and poor cod in amongst a smattering of whiting and codling. He ended up with 5 Dogs, nice colourings. Pics attached of the two best ones.
