5 fish in just over 2 hours is never a bad result in daylight....

......try down-sizing your hooks to size 1 or 2's, and a bit of rag and mack for bait aswell - should see you commonly get flounder, dabs, coalies, bass + a chance of a few other species at this time of the year too

No probs paddy.

Try a 3 hook flapper (that extra hook will help), and vary your baits a bit, it is usually best to tip off your lug baits with a small strip of mackerel or squid. This not only helps to secure the lug on the hook (as some fish seem to find it easy to suck the worm off the hook), but also acts as an extra attractant with more scent and a bit of movement.

To start with I would usually put rag on 1 hook, then lug/mack on another, then just mack on the 3rd hook.

I'll then vary this a bit depending on what bait catches the fish.

Remember, if using mack, cut it into long thin strips (ie 1cm x 4-6cm depending on the size of fish your targetting), it will then resemble a small white bait fish more realistically.

Also I would usually fish a 2nd rod, so that I can fish a single hook rig with a bigger bait, and also to vary the distance I am fishing at.

Hope the above helps.
