Tide:high 11:01 4.0m low 17:24 1.8m

Weather:sunny light breeze

Bait:sand eel,crab and mackerel

Rigs:various

Results:1 pollack and 1 Long-spined Bullhead




Report:went to my conger spot to see if any around but none biting,caught the pollack on the mackerel and then caught what I think is a Long-spined Bullhead if i am wrong let me know
another new species for me so happy going home :D :D

it is amazing how many really weird and wonderfull lookin fish there are round out shores, that wee monster looks class.

i agree,lovely looking fish,he looks like a fish you would expect to get in more tropical waters,some amazing fish around our shores and we don't see them too often

that why i love the sea fishing,it great to see the rod tip going and not knowing what is on the end of the line,i grew up on the shore of lough corrib and near some good pike lakes and did a lot of fishing on them but the excitement is not the same as the sea fishing

hi tom its taking a long time to score against the gunners,i have a better chance to scoreing against the football team :lol: :lol: going to give it a good try at the weekend and if i get one i will be doing a Siege of Ennis :lol: :lol:

exactly, where as game fishing it is trout, trout, trout and another trout........... :lol:
