weather- nice. calm and bright and very WARM!
tide- most off it
bait- lug, mack, bread and maggot
rigs- float, flapper and loop rigs
results- 2 mullet, 4 flounders, 1 dab, 1 pollack, 1 cod, 1 doggie and a black goby all along with sun burn

report/
yesterday i dug some lug worm for a session today, got up early for the start of the flood on the beech, got plenty of flounders, a codling and a doggie here, i then moved to the peir for an hour or two, got a pollack, dab, black goby and a flounder.
went up home for a while and checked my maggots and went down for a blast st the mullet, missed one early on and then got one, a few hours past and i then got another mullet about a pound and a half (photo coming soon) was really happy with this taking my mullet total to 3 for 2009. the mullet was released quickly after taking the photo and the size 10 barbless carp hook was removed easily.

Nice one Dan, the hard work is paying of. What scales are you using btw as mine seem to be weighing under this weather ( or my judgement of fish weights is out the window ) and might be investing in a new set.
