Report:
So qith left over bait from night before, But against the clock, so could not venture further afield, I decided to while away a few hours at high rock. Got ther just before 8pm, placed down my gear and was about to put on my wet gear trousers, when I noticed a young guy, bout 14, down on the rocks, calling his dog...His dog, a young red setter , was furiously swimming back and forth, tryin to find a way out of the swell. The dog started to go under, so fishing had to wait, I climbed down ladder and managed to get a grip on the dog's collar, hoisted him out and got the leg drenching of a life time in the process

and my rain trousers not 6 ft away from me!!!
THe kid seemed relieved, so I hoped karma would place a very large fish on my line...
And with hope in my heart I began fishing.....
Crabs.
Crabs.
Crabs.
Only got one rod rattle all night, but no fish on the end of it.. Didn;t mind though, lovely night to be out and it managed to shift all the stress from the week's work, which is what it is all about , right?
tight lines folks.
