coments-escaped from the family for afew hours, into fish on first cast, lively little ray of 4lbs. caught 2 lsd on a 6ft spinning rod with 10lb line- great fun. beautiful evening, a pleasure to be out.

nice spot eyrefort i fished it a few time,i was told of a spot there to get Grey gurnard but i had no luck,did you ever get any around there

Nice result on the thornie! How many lies did you tell to escape? If I was pinocchio I'd have a beach caster for a nose at this stage

that was my first visit to the mark, should be better in the summer as there is fairly deep water not to far out. any other good ray marks in the clifden area?
i have an agreement with she who must be obeyed, i let her work sat am in return for one fishing session per week!
