People: Myself and Fredfunk
Duration: 18.30 - 0.00
Tide: High tide at 21.30
Weather: Windy for first 90 mins then calm, clear night
Bait: Mack, Sandeel, Peeler and Lug
Rigs: Pulleys, pennell and 3 hook flappers
Results: Schoolie Bass (1), Codling (1), Plaice (2), Whiting (9), rockling (1) and Doggies (3)
Report: Myself and Fred decided to try a new mark, after a good walk we got down to business next to a small stream. Didn't have a tap for first 30 mins with bait coming back untouched. Fred then got a knock and landed a nice plaice

(picture attached), this gave us a lift, maybe the evenings fishing might not be too bad.... we weren't wrong, 30 mins later i got the mother of a bite that nearly took my rod in, by the time i got there, nothing

I rebaited and out again, 5 mins later double hook up of a whiting and schoolie, not the biggest but my first bass, at last!!

Still shaking i rebait and lob out again, big knock and this time a Codling, another first!

about 30-32cm, good little fight off the bugger too.
Myself and Fred were kept busy all the way up to high tide, both of us getting large knocks but either missing them or losing on the way in, most fish fell for the lug on the 3 hook flappers except for the doggies on the pennels. Six different species within 3hrs fishing

nice to get a few doggies too and not be plagued with the whiting.
It died off soon after high tide, with only the rockling, a couple of whiting and 1 doggie between 21.30 and 0.00.
