Report:Headed down to one our favourite marks saturday evening. when we looked at the sea YES conditions bang on. A nice surf rolling over the sandbars. We noticed a nice gully about 50 or 60 yards out. Thats the best being down at low tide see all the gullys and bars.
we were all using two rods i had a three hook clip down on one for distance and a three hook flapper on the other for fishing in the gully.
My first cast into the gully produced a good strong bite and a bass of 46cm long. Had to walk about 100 yards back up to my beach buddy to were my camera was to take a picture of it. when i took the picture the camera just died

. No more pictures for me tonite

We had bites nearly on every cast i had a flounder of 32cm that took two of my hooks in one sitting[hungry git]

. Brian came up to me with a bass of 50cm before he returned it[Nice ffish]

Then he had one of 47cm on hes next cast.
Then the scoolies started to appear constant action with them. Brian had six of them Steven had two and a rockling and i had seven and six more flounder between 22cm to 33cm.
It was the best session we had so far this year. Nice to see the bass coming back strong.
ps ALL FISH WERE RETURNED ALIVE AND SWIMMING FOR ANOTHER DAY.
