weather- light breeze and bright
baits- bread and maggot
methods- float and spinner
results- gobbies, shannies, coalie and missed a mullet
report- i decided to head down thismorning, first fish was a shanny, second was a different species of goby i think it was a rock goby and then another shanny, i walked along the beech to the mouth of a stream for seatrout got a little coalie and on the way back i spotted a small shoal of smallish mullet so i decided to give them a go, i hooked one but it got off, happy to the mullet already in millisle.

well done dan,never caught a shanny or a goby for that matter

hard luck on the mullet,have to get one this season,there high on the wish list!!!

Yep, Mary Harrison caught a nice sea trout the other day from the north down coast. Well done on getting a few fish in daylight dan.

had a few fish in the day light this year, thats me up to 23 species for the year, so i'm happy.

saw a smallish fish jump clean out of the water this morning might have been one.
