Report:we were not supposed to go out today as jason was playing darts for mayo on sunday and they won the comp

so a serious drink was had!!

His hangovers can be legendary,

so no plans were made for today, but i got the call and by half three we were on the road,we were fishing by five,at this stage it was nice and calm with no real wind, and on the first cast i got a scorpion fish and within minutes i had the small pollock, but then the wind picked up and within ten minutes there was a bloody gale blowing!!!Both of us nearly got blown of the pier

and of course the fish dissapeared, not a bite, not even a nibble after that! about 7.30 we were just thinking about packing up when davy from the site showed up,it was nice to put a face to the name,so after a bit of a chatter we packed up and left davy to it,hope he has more look than us! sorry no pics, they were not worth taking a pic off
