dawsey grabbed the rod, wound in the slack and struck. it was'nt a conger , but a doggie who attached himself to the rubby dubby bag tied to the weight

he let go of it when he broke the surface and dissappeared between the rocks. undaunted dawsey dropped it in the same spot again and within 5 minutes the doggie was back trying to rip the rubby dubby bag open again

he was a persistant wee fella who was too wise for the hook and cleared off once he had a feed of the rubby dubby
