Tide- last hour of flood, slack and first hour of drop

Rigs- float, 2 hook flapper and 2 up 1 down.

Baits- white rag, blow lug, squid, mack and black lug

Results- 9 pollack, 2 whiting and 1 coalie

Report-

after diggin about 300+ worms thismorn for about 3 or 4 hours i headed down tonite, started on the peir, used the float and a 2 hook flapper hear, started off badly, i was gettin loads of bites but couldnt connect with them. but soon i got my first fish, a lovely little pollack about 4oz, the next was the smallest about 2 or 3oz, but got another few about 4-6oz, last fish was a coalie from the peir on the float which was about 12oz and put on a good wee scrap. i now moved on to the secret beech mark and got a couple of tiny whiting, here i used the 2 up 1 down and a flapper rig. best bait was white rag, all fish caught were on it, missed some on lug, squid and mack. sems to be plenty of fish yet nyway.

never the less a good wee sesh and hopefully i'll back out before christmas again. very happy with the sesh :D :D :D :D

i dont mind as long as i catch fish, but still i would like a couple of better fish, but if you think about it at some marks at this time of year are the same, so whats the point in travellin to another place when ive got this amount of fish just down the road from me.
