Report:went with my mate alan, it was my fist time sea fishing in years. got onto the point of pans rock, fished on the bottom with rag, and mackerel, but got nothing. plenty of fish were caught on the float, then came the biggy, a 7lb pollack on the rag worm.

pans rock is at the right hand end of the beach, accessed by a wooden foot bridge, as the tide rises by 1 meter, the rock doesnt get submerged. takes just under an hour to get there rom belfast and yes, got the 7lb'er floating with rag worm, about 8 - 10 feet deep
