john o briens in waterford usually has a good supply both fresh and frozen, also there was a post a few months ago(which i cant seem to find now) by a couple of members supplying bait. woodstown beach and passage east are a good bet for flatfish(high tide only). i never caught a ray so i cant help you there.

p.s. any chance of that bass mark?
