Bait:i used bluey, mackeral and lug

Rigs: used 3/0 one hook pulley, wishbone size 1, 2 hook boom rig

Results: 3 coalies, 31cm,30cm and 27cm

Report: after work i checked to see if this meet was still on, it was, so car packed and off i went with loads of time to make the meeting time, but was still late, roadworks . made it and set up at the end peg, cast out and went for a meet and greet. It was nice to be finally able to put faces and name together, at last. The fishing was slow and with big baits not producing the goods it was time to scale down so came the wishbone rig and after one cast it went back in the same knot the sea left it in, with fingers not letting up with him betting me so far, i started on the boom rig, varying distance and bait until bites came, a coalie which was 31cm, even if fingers debates it. recast and walkabout again, toadie was catching and so was stevie, drew well less said the better , as for the other lads i dont know never made it back down the beach as my rod started bouncing again, missed it, but recast and check the distance rig, cleaned so on went 3 lug and a slice of mackeral and i chucked it out, rebaited the close rod and waited, was chatting to stevie and had a play with his syhcro match, nice rod, very light and looks to have a nice tip. wound in the pulley rig to find a coalie on it, it swallowed the 3 lug and mackeral, this was the only fish that i got at distance the other two coalies where at 70yards. Was nice to meet you lads and hope to do it again, fell free to add you tactics, bait, rigs and results (unless you blanked, and only one person did)
