Report:
had decided to fish this beach after digging some blacks yesterday.they were the biggest ive seen in a while, some of them were around 10inches long...

strange i had never thought of fishing this beach considering i pass it everytime i fish some of the other surf beaches...unfortunately the weather had other ideas and made it pretty much unfishable. arrived to horizontal rain and about a 20km/h wind blowing obliquely along the beach. first cast i had a 25cm coalie which gave me some hope but as the tide began to push, the weed and debris increased, and this coupled with the increasing wind and some to the tidal surges coming up the beach i decided to call it quits.dissapointing as i think it would fish very well in the right conditions...at least i didnt blank i guess,...will definately be trying this beach again though

ya its getting frustrating alright, especially when you have a load of bait dug, hate freezing lug...seems to me a waste when you compare its effectivness to fresh stuff...
