Results:1 2lb cod (49CM)
Report:
decided to hit the east crok beaches as all this talk of cod was getting too much for me. arrived well before hw in broad daylight as i hadnt fished this beach before and wanted to get my bearings. fishing was very quite for the first 3 hours with no bites and enough weed but not so much as to make it difficult to fish. as hw approached the wind picked up as did the surf. about half an hour after hw i got a very good bite and big slack liner which resulted in the only cod of the day, taken on a double crab bait. next cast with lug and razor resulted in a missed bite. fished on for an hour without a bite before calling it a day and heading to KFC

That's a nice cod. I'm heading back down there tomorrow evening. If you're fishing there I'll keep on eye out for you.
