Bait: Sandeel & Mackerel, Lug
Rigs: Pulley pennels, 3 hook flappers
Results: 1 dogfish, whiting, codling, coalfish, pollock

It was an impromptu trip that was only deciced the day before and give tom a chuck with the AA surf.
We arrived at the mark around 8pm and set up and fishing for 8.15pm. The tide was still fairly out with the wind pushing easterly it was creating abit of a stir in the sea.
turbot king pulled in the whiting, pollock and dogfish then tom followed suit with a codling on the lug.
on the last cast i produced a very blank saving coalfish.
coalfish fell to sandeel
dogfish, whiting and pollock fell to sandeel and mackerel
codling fell to lug

Nice to see that Ballyhalbert is still getting a few visitors every now and again. The last time I was down there I was soaked and nearly blown off the pier. It did'nt help that I blanked as well. Did you use a float or where you on the bottom

I was on the bottom andy, just over the back of the wall mate. Theres usually plenty of dogfish about there for what i hear

I normally fish a bit further out in an area thats fairly weedless. I think I'll next time I'll give your spot a go.
