Bait: crab. lug. Rag. Squid. Mack, sandeel

Rigs:various

Results:loads of doggies.. Common and starry smoothound.. And a bass(quickly released)

Catch and Release:: Yes

met pat in courtown and left for kilmucridge.. On first cast pat caught a bass on the retrieve.. Approx 5lbs it had a safe and quick return.. Then it was doggies, until pat caught a common smoothie.. Then back to dogs.. Then i pulled out a nice starry smut.. (life is good) then back to doggies for the rest of the night.. 20 dogs approx between us.(maybe more)...

Nice evening and good to meet up with someone new. I would say steve is being very conservative with the number of dogs and really generous with the bass, it was only a schoolie.

One major question has to be answered, Is the poacher crow really famous...... Imagine the scene two guys fishing minding their own business when a female who happened to have male company with her at the time stops and asks to take a photo of the said crow. Her friend didnt look too impressed.

As for the name poacher.... no scandal there but teacher you will know what i mean.

poacher, whats that about dont leave us in suspence, as for the picture it must be because the crow has shaved, a once in a lifetime event

ps, some nice fish, have to fish wexford some day

a couple of us fished around kilmuckridge 2 years ago. caught alot at night but slack during day, thought boats were clearing the place out.
by the looks of it fishing has improved alot there?
