Me & me shadow:
3.5 Hrs - 7.30 - 11.00pm ish:
LW 9.30pm:
Cold, Blustery northernly, dry:
Rag, Mack, Herring, Eel:
1up clipped, 2hk flapper:
3 dabs, 3 flounder, 3 grey gurnard, 1 coalie & a dog:
Catch and Release:: Yes
Report: Should have been with my erstwhile companion, but he had other priorities to deal with, so plodded on myself. Nothing for half an hour, then bites on most casts. rag\sandeel seemed to be the preferred combination. Noticeable that most baits were in the water for 10 minutes or more before bites came. Was hoping to hit a ray or 2 after reading about John-Boys exploits, but wasnt to be. All in all a good enough wee session - all counters bar one :)
Had to head on at 11pm due to the unwanted attention of a car load of local ******** :evil: . Thought i would get peace down there :roll:

Nothing new about that out there,i've packed up myself many times due to carloads of plonkers arriving out and making pests of themselves :roll:,the only consolation is you caught a few fish.

Was kind of taken a back :( They must have nothing better to do.

mostly straight out or off to the left a bit. i'm afraid the pier tends to attract all sorts of idiots at this time of the year and tends to get worse into the summer.i tend to avoid evening sessions from now until autumn and opt for early on a saturday or sunday morning when the place is quiet.
