cheers lads, sounds like this spot is fishing well at the mo.. havint fished it before but defo keen to have a crack, would best results be at night?

How are ya nialler. It certainly fishes better at night in my experience. Like okuma showed, you can be tormented with dogs but it does throw up plenty of other species such as all the usual suspects as well as the occasional ray and huss and also smoothies to crab. (if you can fish through the dogs)

I had two sessions each of around 4 hours on north beach last year that produced between 40 and 50 dogs in each session. Maybe more as counting the exact number was difficult as was keeping bait on hooks. I put a picture on the album of 4 dogs on the one trace. North beach can be accessed without the car park by going over the dunes but this would be a problem in darkness.
