Report:
Very blustery day, nightmare trying to put up shelters. Started off quiet but picked up very much so as the tide flooded. Thesea was very unsettled with the results that very few flats were caught, that left only coddling which were there in abundance. Plenty of codling caughtmostly over 30cm a few close to 40cm. Thefishing to the left of the river produced much more than those pegs to the right and there were a few blanks. But the weather calmed down later on and one of the lads had a nice brill on his last cast.
An english guy was fishing here on saturday night and caught a 61/2lb bass on lug 40 yards out.
