Worst year beach fishing around Cork for me since I took up the sport. I've fished the usual spots with lures, baits on what would have been judged in the past to be perfect conditions, sea state, tides etc with the best of bait. I haven't fished anywhere near as often as I would have granted but to say results have been poor would be somewhat understating it. Havent been out in a month or two and hoping to rectify that this evening weather permitting but the results earlier in the year would have you horsing the gear on DoneDeal and taking up golf.
