Any that I seen on the boat from Culdaff, werent caught too far out, down around Glengad Head, Id say any good deep water mark should throw them up.
As for the mouth of the foyle, Im not too familiar with the shore line from Magilliagn round to portrush, but my da reckoned they used to get an odd Ray, just out off 'the big slap', when they Netted for Salmon years ago.
