I was there monday aswell from 11ish till 4, I ended up with 7 flats, plaice, flounder and dab also had a whiting and a doggy, the biggest flat being 30cm. I was there looking for a stray schoolie fishing low water and the turn. Was a beautiful day, with the sun beaming down on me and the temps staying about 14 degrees.

It's not amazing fishing but let's face it, getting out and getting a few species is better than staying in and watching tv.

Fair play, it's a good session for that beach during daylight..it's usally slow enough until it starts to get dark around there, so you did well. Have had doggies eat the whiting before but they usually swallow it, this one just looked like something from alien so I had to take a pic :D
