well mann, no got a good few coalies and one 3 lb bass on the light rod, put a good bend in it.

I bet it did dude fair play to you, I got a pike rod CHEAP but nice soft'esh action from a mate of mine to use as a Bass rod.. have it near 2 years but havent been able to drag myself away from the beach casters,

I know in my heart that if I get a taste for the light rod fishing for bass the longer rods will be collecting dust,
