st mullins twaite shad

nice one willie,i can see that river getting hammered for the next few weeks!

Got a 2 hour session in again last night and had 2 shad and lost another one.
The first was the biggest easily touching 2.5lb.
I got both of them on silver taz devils.
Excellent fight of both fish well worth the trip.

live flounder for bait

It is amazing, how far upstream the river, flounder can go

Think I posted this up before but once caught a 2lb one in the canal in Galway. No idea how he got there as he'd have to climb a 6 foot waterfall from the Corrib to get in....
