It is a nice fish but the photo does look a bit odd. Looks like a photo of an old photo to me as well. Taken to cut something off to the right. Either that or the worst photographer in the country who cut half the fish off.

As you said it is a savage fish eitherway, if you look at the bottom left it says scan0001.jpg
so it was scanned from a magazine i would say, umbro have not made them runners since 1996
there is also a lot of grass in the picture for my liking.
The glanbia overalls say it is at least an irish fish

Well done, a cracking fish. I've had bass and mullet close to that size but for some reason it's a Cod that really does it for me.

8) He was camping they could of had a fire (looks like smoke and ash in the pic) and a normal camera that would explain the scan on the bottom of the pic, not all people have money for digital cameras

you raise a fair point mr morris, but ive been playing the upper class game of cluedo for far too many years to let this one go. unless mr tight lines has been drinking copious amounts of evian he appears to look mighty young when compared to this pic of him last summer, which was aslo created with a digital camera i may hasten.

Well oviously its a scan . Took a boat out of Bullock 6 months ago had an old disposable camera got soaking wet and had it in my bag ever since . The night on enereilly when tight lines defenitly caught the cod on the 16th of the 1st 2010 it was the only camera i had to hand it had 3 shots left . I took a shot, the flash didnt fire i couldnt see a thing through the view finder so we went up to the fire were we had our tents pitched amongst all that grass theres enought grass there to pitch sereval tents.Through the fire i could see an outline i took the shot the flash fired i took another shot no flash . Would you believe him if it was a 6 ounce codling ?
