Lads youre giving me a big head with your nice comments but it was my stupid fault she was not on the lead, i had to do something to help her coulnt watch her out there in difficulty. Alls well that ends well but i got some fright.

fairplay there bud , !! i thought you were going to tell me maggie drowned when you rang me yeaterday !! it happened on vaentia island in kerry a few years ago ! a local man told me this during the summer ! a man and his dog were on culoo rock and the dog fell in ! but when the owner jumped in to save the dog it just swam back out and the man drowned :oops:

Noticed there a while back that thr RNLI in Wicklow rescued a dog not so long ago that was taken out to sea. Was wondering if its the dog who i see swimming regularly in the harbour as his owner walks along the peir??

That rescue could have went horribly wrong but I would have done the same, well done and glad your both safe and well.

thank god you acted quickly and got her out man :shock: :shock: . i remember when my old mut monty got washed off the slip in annalong a few years back. you really do think with the heart instead of the head in those situations. all worked out well in the end thow :P
