THE AUSTRIAN:
cheers man, we could'nt have had a better host while we were away, noel really did look after us :D
D.KANE62:
:D :D :D :D just the one egg with the fry,, but with half a pig on the plate another egg would'nt have fitted
BIGSOD:
cheers man, he's been after a turbo everywhere  now he's ticked him off the list, it's off to another species
WOZZA:
looking at that pic i gotta say i see the resemblance myself     never noticed that before      i think jordan should get a commercial licence if he wants to use that rig again man
DOGGIE3131:
just as well we had so much bait noel, that contraption of jordans must have taken a full fillet of mack and a couple of squid just to bait up     and sorry james,,  :) i'm terrible with names and we met so many anglers in a short space of time, my bad. :) a real decent bunch of lads out that stretch of coast. 8) 8) 8)
SALTYDOG:
thanks conor. the wee man was beaming from ear to ear   we'll have to wet a line with you the next time we're down and like i told noel,,, you are both more than welcome up this end of the world anytime   always good to return the favour to anglers who have went out of their way to put us onto the fish and shown us great hospitallity on our travels. there's always a spare room for you's here anytime guys :D :D
DAVYP:
cheers davy. we were all made up for jordan :P . the craic was mighty too  we nearly fell about the beach laughing when jordan produced the 7 hook flapper      . if that's not determination, i don't know what is :o :o  . but that killary mark seems to have been hammered since we were last there   last time we were there with saltydog we only saw 2 other anglers in 2 days. but there must have been a dozen guys there that afternoon alone. and there was the evidence of lots of other anglers there before we got there with the heads and bait packets left behind :x :x :x :x if morons continue to leave so much rubbish behind at that mark i'd say it would'nt be too long until the people who own that bit of private land get peeved off and kick up an understandable fuss about it and it gets ruined for the lot of us

Great report and well done to Jordan for finally getting his turbot.
A 7 hook flapper?? - must give that a go sometime.

Wrasse sure do like rag - even though they would have never seen one before.

have to agree with you al,have never got corkwing wrasse at that mark and have not used rag as there not a normal bait this side of the coast, but the wrasse could not get enough of them,so im going to have think about a better selection of baits. and less of the "doggie is great" craic!
