what can i say but i put it all down to the rigs, oh and stop praiseing me you will just make my head bigger

Haven't fished the Old peir in Wicklow for a while but i heard tell of a net sitting a couple of
hundred yards of it on the line of drift, it looks like a line of lobster pots from the peir but
my sources tell me its actually a net.
I suppose firstly anyone know if its true and secondly is it allowed.
