report:
I'm not sure, this is not coarse fish report

So, after busy weeks at St Mullins, we've decided to do some flounder bash

mean, great fun on the light tackle. 4lb line, 1inch shad lure, up to 10grams c.w. rod, shimano size 1000 reel- was a gear. target-river flounders. very short evening session, just 1,5h. result-14 flounders banked, much more lost. surprise-2 schoolies (I've never seen that size bass before). 2 of the flatties hit 35cm mark. happy days

Super fishing there mate, its great to see somebody doing something a little different.

I'm really going to have to give this finesse and LRF stuff a go when funds allow. Btw the blog is great, I really enjoyed reading back through it. Keep the reports coming.

mod hat on:EricH isn't being sarky when he says "Great to see you returned all the flounders". Although ecoastbass doesn't say it in this report, in his blog he says he used a keepnet to keep the fish for a photo, then released them.
Let's not do the C&R Vs C&K thing by mistake here.
mod hat off.Good fishing there, good blog too.
