went down to our usuall spot in north wicklow for bass, with expectation of a surf, we arrived to a flat sea, boycie was just up from us, with a couple of new lads, not sure how they got on, we got fish from the beginning with a few flounders makeing an apperance. as dusk came on, denis and i hit a dog each, denis then got a hound 7lb on the scales, i followed up with one on the following cast, 6lb. then the bass came on, i ended up with 5 to 5lb, rodger had 1 and denis had 1 too. aall on rag, must say the bass fought like bugatti veyrons. extrem fishing it was!
