Lure Care

Postby Old Hand Lure Angler » Sat Aug 25, 2018 10:31 pm

I recently became a convert to lure fishing for Bass, and the Fiish “ Black Minnows”,and various Westin metal lures have proven successful. I have ended up with a fair selection which would cost a fair bit to replace.Whilst wading I am always mindful of getting things soaked in saltwater so have tried to combat this with fully waterproof boxes.
The ones that I have arrived at are the small food containers sold by Tesco’s, (the clear ones with the blue seal). The seal acts basically like a gasket and can survive a good soaking. Only a few quid each and in a range of sizes to cover most lures. Enjoy!
