Has anyone got a copy of a spreadsheet to log fishing trips

I don't use a spreadsheet but one useful thing that I have found is using my mobile to log my catches. Personally I use "oneNote" as once I have the app installed, I can share a notebook between my mobile and laptop as well and fishing comrades.
