Best knot for joining two lines

Postby str8edge180 » Tue Jun 04, 2013 11:02 pm

The best knot I've encountered for joining two lines is the albright knot. I've used it with great success for joining leaders with mainline, backing and even braid-braid.

Any other joining knots people trust/recommend?

I was always an Albright kinda guy - I now use the Yucatan knot more often than any other.
