Is It a complete waste of time looking for good pollack around east cork.have tried most of the known marks and most of the not so well known mark.If anyone has any idea of an area that might turn up a good one it would be great to know, pms welcome and dont worry i will keep it to myself.not looking for an exact mark just say within about 10 cms of the mark

i was out pollacking the other night...no sign of anything at all,id say there gona be very late this year on the shore.if you really want to get out id head for the hump in ballyendreen or somewhere over around knockadoon,lots of deep water over there & if anywhere gona throw up the first few pollack its over there.
