Re-Proofing your weather gear

Anyone got any sugestions for re-waterproofing your floatie or other weatherproofs. Have tries one or 2 diferent products but to no real benifit..

my flotation suite is letting loads of water i'm going to try and sew up the seams and duct tape the holes

Thanks shambo, that sounds a little easier that taz's option. Whatever about using a needle to baitup worms it out of the question to use one fixing a suit...............

You could try this as well, it's good for treating breathable waders as well.

any 'good' outdoor or camping store carry all the watering proof stuff ye need...if ye going to spray Jackets/Suits...hang them in a garage/outhouse for few days to dry and use cord/string to keep arms/legs from sticking...well worth it :o

Use the Nikwax wash and the reproofer, DO NOT use normal detergent.
