whitebait in dublin

are there any fishmongers in the city that have whitebait? or can i get it frozen somewhere? henry's tackle?

i've seen it on the menu of a few pubs, so they're getting it somewhere!

(yes,i know donegal catch don't really do it. i put that in the filing cabinet).

Have seen it in Wrights of Howth occasionally. Id say if you give them a buzz they'll let you know when they have it in.

I got some in Howth as well , But they were for me not bait ..Umm Umm ..that was about 3 weeks ago but it wasn't wrights it was one of the other mongers.
Do they make good bait i've never used them?

try moore st in dublin and i know the chinese shop on abbey st beside the luas stop sells the frozen ones

why would you want whitebait, is it to use as bait or to eat, if its for bait better off using sandeels
