big conger at blackhead

Trying to find out who to get big conger from blackhead. At the moment i get up to 130cm conger.
Can someone tell me how to bait and to fish for big conger?

apparently the monsters are long gone out of there...apparently the big ones round that way are only to be found out at the islands
