lead lifts

Hi. I'm looking for opinion, of ye lads. Is this really works? if so how to attached lifts to trace body, by some links, or directly to the line, using knots?

thanks for any advice.

They do work and they attach to the lead sinker not directly to the trace body.

I think BreakAway do them ?

lower end to the sinker, that's for sure, but what with top part?

hi tomi, at the bottom of my rig i have a rig clip tied on, i just clip it onto the top of the lead lift, and have had no problem's...

the lead lifts can be a good job alright but there are leads with a built in vain [lead lift ]in them made by breakaway i think.a quick tetrieve reel like the penn 525 mag you have will also do the job ,when you start to reel in keep it going dont stop till the gear in out of the water.
