Pat,:oops: :oops: :oops: :) , went to a party sat. evenin, then the pub, then another party at which i picked up 4 babes 8) , then went back home and had a "mans" :D party, needless to say it was quite late or early depending on how ya look at it before i got to sleep :P :P :P :P .ddnt get up until 3 pm. still rattled :shock: :) , we opted to spin an easy mark, i got 1 of 3lb, missed something and thought i seen something follow the lure a few times, although i cud still have been halucenating 8) we onky fished for 30min, and lost 5 lures between us :evil: ,anyway when i got home the 1 fish had become 3 :shock:bass coughed em up, silvery about 4/5in think they were sandsmelts, big forked tails??? took some pics and will post em wen i find the connecting lead.

Well you did better than me. I opted to do a bit of lure fishing aswell, instead of bait. Blank for me though :oops: .

:shock: a good fight!!!!!!! how cud any fish resist my charms :) keep 1 of about 140lb for dinner :D tasted a bit iffy though :shock: , had a lovely kookin 1 of 170/180lb released her immeadetly, looked on the point of spawning :P :) .

More bass reported on 13th.(28) that rest of yr. combined. :P 8).
EXAMPLE. if the same anglers had fished the same marks with the same gear at the same time/stage of tide the next nite they would have at least dubbled the previous nites catch.

yep recon so equinox/solcises, think its like a switch, some of the best fishing i have ever expearnced had occured around these times.
EXAMPLE. :D
in setember 08 i predicted that june 20/21 2009 would be 1 of the best days of the yr. we had about 100 bass, :) :P theres a report posted :P .

suppose tis wort a mention, we went out tuesday eve, about 18.30. M.T.& S.S. was at 19.00 we got 2 bass 8) guress what time :D , :idea: :mrgreen:

pete i find this site pretty good http://www.solunarforecast.com/worldcalendar.aspx
find your location on the map and it generates the chart for you

me 2 :) days off work :shock: :) i goin to be out with a few guyz from june24/july1,i recon the best catches of the year can be had over these tides/sulunar times, i am expecting around 200 bazz 4 the week 8) .

This tuesday13th.& wed.14th. looks good for lures 8) , best times from 12/2pm and from 7/9pm. they cud be good baitfishin from 10pm until 1,30a

Here is an intersting site i think the time offset for ireland
is +1 hr, gives free moon phase for a month with loads of other info, major/minor times etc.

Hi cortaz,Ive been fishing using your chart that you posted for April, I'm lucky to be able to fish most days if the tide is suitable,and can confirm that the last weeks fishing has been dire. I'll be out tommorw with the plugs and lures and will post how I get on.

Hi Cortaz, my ipod app tells me that the 5th, 6th, 13th, 14th 26th, 27th and the 28th are the best fishing days in may with the 27th and 28th being the best. The app gives times as well, example: 27th - 06.00-08.00, 12.00-14.00 and 18.30-20.00.

Does these dates/times match your calculations?
