Fishing at Night

if you are fishing two rods a bell is very handy does away with the kitkat sindrome i only use them when i am fishing on me own cos most other anglers are driven bonkers with em :D

Good reflective rod tape, plenty of it and wrapped zebra fashion down the tips. Trying to see the tips or bites for that matter at night is a pain in the arse unless you have the tape.

What about using rod tip lights instead?

some people say it weakens the tip of the rod as it creates a part tat cnt bend

Battery powered tip lights and isotopes were the cause of numerous crack offs for me until I saw sense and went with reflective tape and a decent headlight like a Silva L1.
