Well done Pat - how many specimens is that? Six?

That must be a record - has anybody else caught that many specimen bass in a year? - and you still have the best part of three months to add a few more to your tally.
Cod season Winter 2013/14: 117 cod (best fish: 6.5 lbs)
Cod season Winter 2014/15: 193 cod (best fish: 4.25 lbs)

Bass Totals:
2007: 1
2008: 37
2009: 120
2010: 44
2011: 151
2012: 79
2013: 20
2014: 19
2015: 11
2016: 3

I'm still buzzing to be honest Frank. Can't get over it, it took me so long to get a specimen in the first place. My first was in 1984 and it took me a full 24 years to get another...and then this year  :D :D .

There are a few others who have done the same. I'm quite sure JimH, JHall & GHill have, and more than likely Cortaz too. I know Jim from Cork might be heading in that direction. He opened his account last Friday with a fine specimen of 10lb 8oz. Well done to Jim :D . Looks like I'll be looking over my shoulder from here on in  :D :D .
