Time: 17.00 - 21.00 Tide: from LW - HW Rigs: 2 hook flapper; pulley pennel Bait: mac, squid, sandeel, frozen lug Fish: 1 dodgfish; 2 small whiting . Back to Kilcoole for a session.I don't know about conditions for the fish, but for myself was quite harsh evening.Strong wind from south mixed with rain drizzle every 10 min.hot coffee and wind shelter helped a lot.it was hard to cast, hard to see any bites on jumping rods, but untouched hooks was showing no fish.no fish for an hour, also 2 and 3 hours of session didn't bring anything ,then mister Whiting saved the blank.i stayed another hour and HW brought the mister doggie and small whiting brother.both fish got rewarded with photos for WSF species hunt and released back to sea.also me back in car and heading home.tight lines.
