Hi,

I got a couple of squid jigs and I am planning to target them on the summer. I live in the west, any advice? Has anyone specifically targeted them before?

I do target them but I only go to Tralee in Fenit Piert. They only appear in good numbers a week or two in summer. Luminous Squid Jigs and good and very bright lamp is needed on the mark to target them at night.

They spawn on a full moon late August/September and around this time they are plentiful along the east coast harbour areas.
