bass plugging and spinning

hi lads just asking for some help before the ban opens basically looking for ideas where to start spinning have a good couple of marks around east cork and youghal direction i think dont want to name them out for obvious reasons any one interested in putting me on the right track being fishing around cork for the past 2 yrs have yet to catch on bass on bait so might as well give the spinners and plugs a go
